Elder Scrolls: Online revealed

Two days ago, the June Gameinformer cover was revealed, with this reveal, they also revealed lots of information about the long rumored Elder Scrolls: Online.

The game is set to be happening about a thousand years before Skyrim, which is in the middle of the second era, about the time of The Elder Scrolls Adventures: Redguard.

One of the main story hooks is that the player’s soul has been stolen by the demonic god, Molag Bal, who you could also meet in Skyrim.
The player is now on a quest to retrieve his or her soul, from this demonic villain. This story explains how it is possible for the players to die, and come back to life.

The game will take place in most of Tamriel including Skyrim, Morrowind, Summerset Isle, and Elseweyr.

There will be PvP, dungeons, and singleplayer quests.

“The entire team is committed to creating the best MMO ever made – and one that is worthy of The Elder Scrolls franchise.”

This MMORPG will mainly be developed by Zenimax Online, NOT Bathesda Game Studios, who developed Skyrim. The game is set to be released in 2013 for both Mac and pc.
